Juniors Night!

Finally the day I've actually am excited about. Well I still have to tweak my schedule. I'm mostly going to be busy today. I just hope I won't be too busy. I hate being too busy it annoys me. Hmm...well I find it kinda odd that I'm rather excited for this. I guess it's just that I'm given the opportunity to make a closer bond with my classmates. I mean...no matter how you look at it. They are like my 3rd family...basically because I spend more time with them in the classroom than any other group of people.

I guess I'll be bringing my DVD portable and my "uncle"'s aunt's sleeping bag. Should I bring a comforter with it??

Kitchen Disaster!

I woke up early this morning to cook breakfast. I heated some salmon and cooked my own fried rice.I was done with the salmon so i placed it in the plate. Then came the rice, I got some rice from last night and placed it in the frying pan with the melted butter. I scrambled it a bit until every part was evernly covered with the butter. Got some White Onions, garlic and tomatoes, as well as tomato ketchup, and mixed them in the pan with the rice. Lastly, was the herbs. I got all the herbs or spices that I need. I placed some rosemary and other spices(Thyme and Marjoram). It was almost done! I can smell the sweeeet rice already. I just had to put one more spice, Oregano. In one pinch of the spice, my yummy rice turned into this disgusting rice that I can't even take! The Orgegano covered the whole rice. Because of that my breakfast was ruined.

Now....what was the lesson learned here? Watch carefully what ever you put in your food.

Halloween disaster?

One night I was taking to a friend. He told me the reason why he like Halloween. Then I remembered something that I did back 3 years ago. When I was still in grade 6.

It the days were counting until Halloween ofcourse our exams as well. One day, I talked with my friends, we were talking about costumes people would were during
Halloween as well as the food and others. After a few days I gave that idea some thought..."Why don't I make a party of my own on Halloween?!"

That's where it all started. I soon found myself planning and organizing. I told my uncle if it was fine for me to use one room and he agreed. Then I started passing invitations. I still remember that I was hiding for some people because I didn't want them to know I was having a party on Halloween.

It finally came, Halloween. Sad to say a lot of the people I invited rejected my invitation because they weren't allowed to go. And for some of those who WERE allowed...I forgot when and where to meet in the invitation. -_-
So in the end, Only me, Lance, Tootsie(my dog) and Ate *forgot her name* had the party. We were like royalty. The food and drinks were all ours! Each of us had our own bed, including Tootsie. During the first night, we had a really hard time. We had juices....but no water?! We went down to ask for some but sadly they didn't have water either!! We were really dehydrated..hahahah but it was so funny! The next morning we kept on going back and forth the beach. Tootsie cam along too. She was behind me all the time and she seems to follow me where ever I go. Even on the water!

Well over all it was fun. I'm thinking of doing this again but I'm not sure where...hehehe...

Bring in the Dark of the Dead and the Colors of Fall

For this months theme: Bring the Dark of the Dead and the Colors of Fall.

Let's take it phrase by phrase now shall we?

"...Dark of the Dead..."

In celebration rather...in memorial of the All Souls day during the 1st and 2nd days of November.Other than that it's also the month of Halloween(well actually it was last month but I'll just make it November). Ahh....Halloween, the ghost stories and silly tantrums. It brings me back to memory lain. Anyway, this years halloween I noticed that there are some articles in the newspaper related to the paranormal. It's the fist time that I noticed this.

Ehem...NEXT!

"...Colors of fall..."

this is one season I don't want to forget- FALL! This s a great season. The weather goes form the Hot Blazing Heat of Summer to the Cool Relaxing Winds of Autumn or Fall. A nice stroll in the area with the slowly changing trees. Soon the park will be filled with the red leaves of trees mixed with some yellow, brown and green. The wind blows the leaves away forming like a gentle storm.

When you mix both elements you add some happiness to the Darkness supposedly filled when a person dies or when visiting the dead. I mean what's to be sad about a loved one's departure to paradise? You will probably be joining that person soon or in time. I understand that we cry during funerals because of sadness that we will miss the already dead. I understand that completely but why not try making a change for once? I always wanted to wear a something red when attending a funeral, if it wasn't for tradition that is. When you think about it....so what? It's just a color. I'm not disrespecting the dead by wearing red. In fact wouldn't it be better to see something bright like red or yellow than plain white that blends with the sun or black that emits a sense of darkness? My point is...why not wear something else during funerals. not just white or black. Surely wearing something with a different color will bring at least some color to the funeral.

(Now I noticed that I went too far from where I planned to end this.)
