Soul Nomad

You guys gotta love games such as Soul Nomad & the world eaters it's very similar to that of the Fire Emblem series. Rated as great or 8.0 in Gamespot.com, you have no worries. It earned it's rating. This game not only test you by it's strategy game style but it also allures you with there many endings- making you want to repeat the game all over again. Other than the game style the magnificent dubbing attracts you as each character's voice portrays exactly the character's personality. The Characters are fun too. They come from a wide range, such as from the foul mouthed Gig until the clueless Danette. The story is also a balance of serious story and fun comedy. The game difficulty ain't bad as well. It's not too hard where you'll get frustrated from the frequent "game over" displaying in your screen nor is it too easy that you'll fall asleep from the lack of challenge.

The story starts when you are asked for your gender. (note: your gender will sometimes affect the dialogs of some conversations as well as some endings) After which, you are asked for your name. This is then where it all starts. You start with fighting Danette, your friend since childhood. This is the portion where the basic battle instructions will be discussed. Next, you and Danette will be called by Lady Layna. There she informs both of you that you will become full warriors. Danette chooses her weapon. As for you... you are given a dark sword. As soon as you take hold a flash of dark light surround you. Gig arrives, sealed inside the sword for 200 years. Lady Leyna fuses you and Gig- both you and Gig will now share one body. He demands that you should give him your body so that he will wreck havoc once again. Either reply, the story goes on. Gig proposes that if you would wish for power he will aid you but after that we will immediately take over your body and you will disappear forever. At some point near here you will be given 2 choices. One choice will lead you to the original walk through. The other choice will lead you to the dark walk through. Were you will experience another story.

Well... that's all for now. I really recommend this game for gamers who would would a nice strategy game and wouldn't mind the cheap 2D graphics. But I guess you would be too hooked to the game to even bother complaining.
